Welcome to Window Fusion! Window Fusion is developed and maintained by Shanghai Sanzhan Network Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"). 1.License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the Window Fusion application. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the application.

2.Purchase and Use

We will update our prices according to product features, services, and market conditions. Generally, as features become more comprehensive, prices will increase. The license you have purchased will not change in price. The functionality of the license is as per the time of purchase. Unactivated licenses are valid for five years; if a license is not activated within five years, it expires.

3.Refund Policy

Given that you have the opportunity to trial our application with certain limitations, we do not support refunds once the product is purchased. Please fully evaluate the application's features and suitability during the trial period, and make your purchase decision after the trial has concluded.

5.Intellectual Property

6.User Conduct

You agree not to use the application for any illegal or prohibited activities.

7.Termination

If you violate terms 1, 5, and 6 of these terms, we reserve the right to revoke the license and refuse the sale of licenses without a refund.

8.Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Window Fusion is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms will be interpreted and executed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be resolved by the courts of the State of New York.

10.Changes and Revisions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of these changes by posting updated terms on the application and updating the "Last Updated" date. By continuing to access or use our application, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using Window Fusion.
